Attorney Brett Busch to Speak at Upcoming Colorado Bar Association Seminar

The world of workers' compensation laws, legislation, and regulations is always changing. It can be understandably difficult for attorneys, other legal professionals, and businesses to keep up all the nuances and differences introduced periodically. In order to help people stay on top of things and avoid further complications, the Colorado Bar Association hosts events to discuss some of the most important changes everyone should know.

An upcoming event – Workers' Compensation Fall Update – will feature keynote speaker Attorney Brett Busch of Busch Law Offices in Loveland. As an accomplished workers' compensation lawyer with an extensive background of organizational memberships, such as the Larimer County Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Education Association – Attorney Brett Busch is sure to be able to share valuable insight and knowledge with all of those in attendance. The main topic of the night is Loofbourrow, a complicated legal case, the new rule 16 and how its implementation will cause ramifications throughout workers' compensation law, and even the ongoing American opioid crisis.

The Colorado Bar Association has also announced a Featured Judicial Panel Presentation with:

  • Honorable Rich Lamphere
  • Honorable Keith Mottram
  • Honorable Cassandra Sidanycz
  • Honorable Patrick Spencer
  • Honorable Timothy Nemecheck (acting as moderator)

The entire event is sure to be well worthwhile for attendants. Attorney Brett Busch is more than honored to be able to play an integral role in the Colorado Bar Association's seminar. Our team at Busch Law Offices would like to extend our thanks to the CBA-CLE for allowing Attorney Brett Busch the opportunity to act as a keynote speaker.
