Attorney Brett Busch to Speak at Upcoming CLE Program
Busch Law Offices is proud to announce that Attorney Brett Busch will be speaking at an upcoming Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event hosted by the Colorado Bar Association. The Workers Compensation Fall Update seminar will be held November 4 at the Renaissance Hotel.
Attorney Busch will join a panel of his peers for a segment titled "Division Independent Medical Evaluation Procedure." In Colorado, when there is a dispute between an injured worker and an employer over the worker's medical condition, both parties must obtain a Division Independent Medical Examination to take the matter to a judge. Attorney Busch and the rest of the panel will delve into this process and how Colorado workers' compensation lawyers can best protect their clients' interests.
Most bar associations regularly hold CLE seminars and events to ensure that their members stay engaged and aware of the newest legislation and issues concerning their practice areas. Often, accomplished attorneys from the local community are asked to speak and impart their knowledge to their peers.
More information about the seminar is available on the Colorado Bar Association website. You can view more speakers, find more of the covered topics, and register for the event.
